Responsibilities of the Role

  • Manage mechanical engineering scope and liaise with key project stakeholders
  • Coordinate design, BIM, and installation drawings to meet project specifications
  • Oversee technical submittals, material procurement, and engineering schedules
  • Manage subcontractors and suppliers to ensure quality, safety, and programme compliance
  • Support project close‑out, work packs, and handover documentation

Qualifications and Key Criteria

  • 10+ years’ experience with a mechanical / process contractor (pharma preferred)
  • Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, pipework, QA standards, and specifications
  • Experience with BIM tools, Navisworks, and engineering databases
  • Excellent planning, coordination, and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to work independently and within multidisciplinary teams

Desirable Skills

  • Experience with modularisation or off‑site fabrication
  • Familiarity with Primavera or similar project planning tools

Test Pack Engineer

We are currently seeking an experienced Test Pack Engineer to join a major data centre construction project in Grange Castle, Dublin.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the preparation, compilation, and management of mechanical test packs, ensuring all systems are fully documented, tested, and ready for commissioning and handover.

🔧 Key Responsibilities
Develop and compile test packs for: HVAC systems, Chilled water / LTHW / pipework systems, Mechanical services installations
Ensure all documentation aligns with: Project specifications, Client requirements, Commissioning procedures
Track and manage: Pressure testing, Flushing & cleaning records, Valve inspections and tagging
Coordinate with : QA/QC team, Commissioning engineers, Mechanical supervisors
Maintain accurate records of : Redline drawings, As-built documentation, Test results and sign-offs
Ensure all systems are complete, compliant, and ready for handover
Assist during commissioning and client inspections

🧠 Requirements
Previous experience as a Test Pack Engineer / Turnover Engineer / QA Engineer on: Data centres (highly desirable), Pharma / industrial projects
Strong understanding of: Mechanical systems & pipework, Pressure testing & flushing procedures
Experience compiling handover dossiers / turnover packs
Familiar with commissioning processes
High level of organisation and attention to detail

QA/QC Manager

 Overview

Lead on-site QA/QC to ensure construction activities meet approved drawings/specifications and GMP / EU GMP expectations, and support delivery of an audit‑ready regulated facility in Belgium/EU through to handover.

 Key responsibilities

  • Own and deliver the project/site Quality Plan and QA/QC processes for a regulated (pharma) construction project
  • Ensure works comply with project quality requirements, contract requirements, and approved drawings/specifications (ISO 9001 expectations as applicable)
  • Plan/lead inspections, ITP execution, and punch list/walkdown closeout to achieve right-first-time delivery
  • Manage NCRs/deviations and drive CAPA/root-cause investigations to closure; escalate quality risks and trends
  •  Lead quality audits (internal, subcontractor/vendor) and support client and regulatory readiness audits for GMP / EU GMP regulated facilities (Belgium/EU)
  • Maintain audit-ready documentation and ensure dossiers/test packs are complete for handover
  • Interface with CQV / Validation teams to align inspection/testing evidence, turnover dossiers, and handover readiness (as-built, test packs, certifications, and traceability)
  • Act as the quality interface across construction, subcontractors, suppliers, and client teams; provide training/briefings as needed

Critical requirements

  • Proven QA/QC management experience on pharmaceutical/life-sciences construction projects (or similarly regulated environment)
  • Strong knowledge of construction quality control, inspection/testing, and turnover/handover documentation (test packs/dossiers)
  • Working knowledge of GMP / EU GMP expectations as they apply to construction, documentation, and turnover in regulated facilities
  • Experience supporting CQV / Validation (commissioning, qualification, and validation) interfaces, documentation, and handover deliverables
  • Demonstrated experience managing NCRs/deviations, CAPA and root-cause investigations
  • Ability to lead audits and manage subcontractor/vendor quality performance
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills; able to work to schedule pressure and strict deadlines

The Senior FP&A Analyst supports financial planning, forecasting, and reporting across one of their key divisions, with a strong focus on hands‑on execution and analytical support. This role works closely with large datasets, builds and maintains Excel‑based planning tools, coordinates inputs from regional teams, and turns complex financial data into clear, practical business insights. The position plays an important role in delivering strong planning cycles, high‑quality reporting, and ongoing improvements to FP&A processes.

Key responsibilities

  • Support end‑to‑end planning and analysis activities, including the annual budget, outlooks, forecasts, and monthly close, with hands‑on ownership of planning models and Excel templates
  • Set up, maintain, and continuously improve Excel‑based planning and analysis files for new planning cycles, ensuring they are robust, consistent, and easy to use across regions
  • Support the carve‑out project team with administrative and separation‑related finance activities
  • Coordinate planning and reporting activities with regional finance teams, including data collection, validation, alignment of assumptions, and timeline management
  • Proactively improve planning and reporting processes by enhancing existing reports, streamlining data flows, and supporting the adoption of digital tools such as Power BI

Key requirements

 Role Overview
  • Lead and manage the system turnover process from Mechanical Completion through Client handover
  • Ensure right-first-time delivery of turnover documentation aligned to GMP and CQV requirements
  • Act as the key interface between Construction, QA/QC, and Client teams
Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute the project Turnover Execution Plan in line with schedule and client strategy
  • Manage progressive collection, verification, and handover of CTOPs, ITRs, test packs, weld logs, and as-builts
  • Coordinate system walkdowns, manage W1/W2/W3 punch lists, and confirm mechanical completion
  • Ensure all NCRs, deviations, and quality requirements are closed prior to system handover
  • Chair turnover meetings, track progress, highlight risks, and drive mitigation actions
  • Use digital turnover tools to monitor KPIs, system readiness, and reporting
Quality, Compliance & Reporting

This position is available for a fixed 12 month period. 

The External Communications Specialist supports the delivery of clear, consistent and high-quality external communications. This role plays an important part in executive-level communications and key external events, helping ensure the companies messaging is accurate, professional and aligned across all channels.

As a key part of the external communications team, this role contributes to creating engaging content for external audiences, including media materials, website content and social media. Alongside content development, the role provides hands-on coordination and logistical support for major external events at local, regional and international level. 

This one-year maternity cover role is ideal for a highly organised communications professional early in their career, offering exposure to both strategic communications planning and practical execution.
